Abstract: As you can find this conception; from the name: “semi-independent green towers" it is a different attitude of house designing. By using this method, house concept is changed in a way that not only physical and mental safe place is provided but also a power plant which its energy is made by human muscles power will be available. And priority of its productions are: pure water, recycling of waste water (Satiety of water resource), make hot water, air conditioning, and at the end make electricity for LED lighting. Also the surface of tower; has covering by solar cells and solar water heater and rock garden and dew absorptive and collector system.

This system changes the vision of green power or green energy, because by now we just sit! And don’t emission CO2 gas to the atmosphere, but by the new one, we move and make energy.

the tools of this power plant is look like an elliptical trainer; because it makes a best efficiency of hand and foot muscles power, also the towers can be made by this machine by the owner of houses, the total area of this tower is about 136000 m2 .and it costs about 1400$ per meter.

I believe it is better to build it in non-industries and quest of peace countries.

By this conception we can solve part of job and energy problem for poor people; although we can’t consider it as a job, definitely we can't say they are jobless! More over based on sustainable developments view, without standard lodging we do not reach sustainability any more.

And finally this conception offer the idea “it’s time to retreat of human realm from the nature”

Abstract

GIS, is a computerized system for managing and combining the geographic information with any other far fetch cases. Considering utilizing of zip codes has segregation of information in residential usage, also many items were related to the postal code such as national certification cards demographics; registry documents of vehicle & (water – electricity – telephone – gas) bills and visas and …, also by yellow book and internet we can locate any kind of business in any zone such as grocery, book shop, shoes store, mall & …

By this method we can find population in any zones and based on cost of their owned vehicles; and bills of gas and electricity & … create a shape of possession as a bench mark of economical level also we can merge bank data with it if its access able; then make an offer to found beneficial businesses; or make an offer to change for required one.

 In fact this method have been used for first time as an epidemiological methods in case of cancer and Fibromyalgia by us .and the experts of the ministry of health and medical support this method (utilizing zip codes) as the best way to reach to their aims.

This method can be used in several cases such, health GIS, Crime GIS, Educational management, sustainability study and any other macro managements system
