Cellular Police (car black box)
The purpose of this project is to design a smart traffic control device, based on minimum GSM networks required equipments.
At first we start the session describing the hardware equipments which include:
1- A GPS receiver with a digital spherical compass with no LCD (which helps to conserve more battery energy) and a Bluetooth sender as an optional device for any LCD receiver or hand held
2- A GSM device with a sim cart setting just for SMS service, for more security this device doesn't have any in/out port and just set by GSM service.
3- 1 Giga byte storage device.
4- Install of any other sensor for frequency or photocells and ….
The best installation location is the back of top mirror and in front of windshield (Since it has a same location in any vehicle).
Cell cap needs to be connected with satellites the whole time and also we can add a cellular battery charger.
How it works and its unique ability
1- Controlling the vehicle speed and direction in any position and the time (best for one way streets) also recognizing chart of acceleration (positive or negative)
2- paying the toll device automatically
3- As a park meter ,the Cell cap can recognize forbidden place by send & receive coordination with data center also it can recognize between crowded street and parking time, because all of the car on that street sent parking code to data center and the center can recognize that street was crowded but if the average time of passing street was 7 min and one car pass it in 26 min it describe that car stop for a 19 min also in the data center we can let to an operator recognize this situations
4- By digital spherical compass the Cell cap can recognize spiral movements between lanes for example if with 90 km speed the car change 15 degree (right) direction then change to 340 degree (left) the Cell cap can recognize them easily the system need to spherical compass because of GPS accuracy
5- The Cell cap can help for overtaking and passing in forbidden zone because after a while when all of the vehicle send data in data center system can recognize there where a vehicle with slower speed in the same time and which one pass away the others
6- By sound sensor the Cell cap can measurement frequency in and out of car also by photo cell recognize high light
7- As a taxi meter and can calculate the price of service by data center, the Cell cap just send a sms of route data to center or can calculate by the times, speeds and distance
8- Control of long vehicle in trip if they find problems and were stopped in the middle of way the cell cap can recognize and send this code to center
9- Find the were stolen vehicle in any where (gas stations) because another vehicle send present data to station
10- As a police officer for drowning chart of accident because it has history of movements.
The Cell cap can be considered as a ”black box” of vehicle and gives warning to the driver by ringing alarm in cases of spiral movements and high speed driving.
Having various options for ways of sending data’s to the center, the Cell cap can be more convenient for all different kinds of users, the options are including:
1- Sending data in different time range (every 5 minutes or even every month)
2- Sending data’s for specific reasons such as:
1A) high speed or spiral movements, park or in general for any irregular driving (Since Cell cap is always on and has communication with satellite, it can send all the movements of the vehicle).
1B) When the storage data will be full.
1C) When the vehicle passes the speed limit or nearest police station and gas station
1D) merging any kind of situation, the Cell cap can send in night time when the GSM network isn't busy
Cell cap can be programmed with GIS software for the administrative management proposes.
Cell cap can not be hacked or cracked because any vehicle have to have a serial of movement and stop also if the GPS can't receive satellite data it will be report on system or if GSM has no network but all of them will be log and after receiving signal all of them will be sent to center and data center render this data and make a report or operator check it ,also if anybody want to open device a error code log and will send to center although cell cap can’t log some irregular driving but can send some red code to center for more observation by police patrol.
If any car has a accident because of irregular movement Cell cap send emergency code to center before any body (less than 4 sec)
Cell cap can install in some phases for example first of all install on long vehicles then black list cars then in all of them.
Also it has low price because just one version of it can be produce for any kind of vehicle although some of them can read 2 sim cart one for cell cap and another as a digital drive license
